Account Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on linkensv, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older) and a resident of a territory where we operate. During registration, you provide your name, email, phone number, and choose a password. We verify this information and require you to upload identification (your ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and a proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement) as part of our know-your-customer (KYC) process.

We verify KYC documents within one business day. Until verification is complete, your account is active but deposit and withdrawal functions remain locked. Once verified, you can immediately fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).

You may only hold one linkensv account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or hide activity violates our terms and can result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance. We use automated detection and manual review to identify duplicate accounts.

Deposits and Withdrawals on linkensv

All deposits on linkensv are final. Once funds leave your e-wallet or bank account and reach our platform, the transaction cannot be reversed. We credit your account balance immediately upon confirmation, usually within seconds for e-wallet payments.

Withdrawals are paid back to the same payment method you used for deposit — if you funded via mobile banking, you receive your cash-out to local payment. This protects your financial records and reduces fraud risk. Bank transfer withdrawals go to the bank account you registered with your ID during KYC.

We retain the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity. In such cases, we notify you of the reason and next steps.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Account Restrictions and Closures

If we close your account due to a policy violation, you may request a withdrawal of your remaining balance (if any). If the closure is due to fraud or terms breach, we reserve the right to withhold your balance pending investigation or as required by law.

If you reside in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or another Indonesian city, you are responsible for verifying that your access and use of linkensv comply with Indonesian law. We do not verify legal status for each jurisdiction — that responsibility is yours. If you are uncertain, consult a local legal advisor.

Any terms of linkensv that conflict with your local law are suspended in your jurisdiction, but the remainder of these terms remain in effect. If our service becomes illegal in your jurisdiction, we will restrict your account and ask you to withdraw your balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, linkensv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. This includes losses from unsuccessful bets, game outcomes you disagree with, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited or won on linkensv during the preceding three months, whichever is lower. This cap does not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or violations of mandatory consumer protection laws.
